Orders + Shipping Information

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

All 'ready to ship' items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on the item, custom order items take between 1-4 weeks. Turnaround times are displayed in the description of each product. If you need a custom order urgently, please get in touch before ordering to check for availability, this may incur a rush fee. 

 

TRACKING YOUR PARCELS

Due to Covid, our delivery partner is experiencing large and unprecedented volumes. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

If you have not received your order, please track your parcel first before getting in contact with us. Please use this link and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. 


NEW ZEALAND

You will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped, please check your junk mail if you have not received it. Orders are sent via courier with NZ Post and will take 1-2 working days, please allow a bit longer for rural addresses.

We require a signature on arrival for our service based product orders such as jacket painting, wedding signage and/or stationery. 

 

AUSTRALIA EXPRESS SHIPPING

Our items are couriered with NZ Post to ensure it arrives safely. You will be sent a tracking number once the order has been shipped and will require a signature on arrival. Please allow 6-10 days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped. 

Shipping prices are weight based and starts at $25, this will be calculated for you at the checkout before payment.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Our items are couriered with NZ Post to ensure it will arrive safely and quickly. You will be sent a tracking number once the order has been shipped and will require a signature on arrival. Please allow 6-10 days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped. 

Shipping prices are weight based and starts at $50, this will be calculated for you at the checkout before payment.


 

All delivery target times have been provided by our delivery partners. We are not responsible for delivery errors, missing parcels or delays caused by our service providers. However, please let us know if there are any issues and we can try our best to help.
